Courtesy of the adidas Creators Base in Brazil, HYPEBEAST got a closer look at the all-sustainable adidas x Parley collaboration for World Oceans Day. The new running shoe makes use of recycled polyster and gill nets as well as a Boost sole unit. Parley’s signature Ocean Plastic is sourced from plastic waste found in Maldives and illegal deep-sea gill nets recovered by Sea Shepherd. Given what the upper is composed of it has a relatively snug fit, and features no insole but is supported by Boost cushioning. The brands have also opted for an original outsole rather than Continental. For a closer look, check out the photos below.
